What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria?
Tutta Bella Bellevue Server
As part of our dining room team, the Server ensures that each and every one of our guests has a personalized and memorable experience by executing our purpose of “Nourishing lives by sharing traditions, authentic food and love.” We accomplish this through our adherence to Neapolitan traditions, following our proven recipes and systems, showing genuine care for our guests and teammates, and enjoying making people happy.
Our menu is full of amazing Neapolitan inspired fare including wood-fired pizzas, pastas, antipasti, salads, sandwiches, desserts, craft cocktails, wine, beer and espresso. Our Servers guide our guests experience to make every Tutta Bella dining experience special.

- Our tip-pools are a material statement of our values and that while different positions have different duties, every team member in our restaurants shares in the responsibility to provide our guests with an outstanding experience. Our tip-pools reflect this shared responsibility by distributing all tips collected during each two week pay period evenly to all tip-eligible employees based on hours worked and a service tier that is based on demonstration of skills and living our values at work. We embrace the sense of equity that comes from abandoning the, “my table, my tips,” attitude in favor of an, “our restaurant, our tips,” one.
