What This Role Is
This is a part-time, non-coaching leadership role inside a high-level private training facility.
You are not here to run sessions.
You are here to:
- Lead the floor
- Hold coaches accountable
- Ensure everything inside the gym runs at a high level
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to grow into a full-time Facility Leader position.
Primary Objective
To ensure the gym operates at a high level during assigned hours by:
- Maintaining elite coaching standards
- Creating a high-energy, professional training environment
- Holding the team accountable to expectations
- Improving the overall member experience and culture
Core Responsibilities1. Floor Leadership (Primary Responsibility)
- Be present during assigned peak-hour blocks
- Observe all sessions and ensure high coaching standards
- Maintain energy, structure, and professionalism on the floor
- Address issues in real time (not later)
- Set the tone for coaches and members
2. Coach Leadership & Accountability
- Lead a weekly team huddle
- Hold coaches accountable to performance and behavior standards
- Provide real-time feedback and correction
- Address underperformance and communicate with leadership
- Support coach development and growth
3. Quality Assurance
- Evaluate at least one session per week
- Ensure all sessions meet TTS coaching and experience standards
- Submit weekly QA feedback
4. Facility Standards & Operations
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and operating professionally
- Complete a weekly facility walkthrough and inventory check
- Communicate any issues or needs to the admin team (Jen)
- Coordinate basic maintenance or repairs when needed
5. Member Experience & Community
- Support a high-level onboarding experience (orientations, kickoff support)
- Assist in ensuring front-end offers are executed properly
- Perform weekly outreach to at-risk members (“Client Lockdown”)
- Support member milestones and overall community experience
6. Team Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly with admin (Jen) regarding member or operational needs
- Assist in communicating schedule updates, closures, or changes
- Ensure alignment between coaching staff and leadership
7. Content Support (Light)
- Capture simple, authentic content during shifts (training, members, culture)
- Share or upload content to support marketing efforts
What You’ll Be Doing During Your Shifts
This is not a passive role.
During your time on the floor, you will be:
- Observing and improving coaching performance
- Pulling coaches aside for quick feedback
- Engaging with members and building relationships
- Maintaining energy and flow of sessions
- Identifying and solving problems in real time
If you’re not actively improving something, you’re not doing your job.
