What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Coach – Women’s Lacrosse position at Tusculum University?
Tusculum University, a member of the NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This position will implement and manage all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA, SAC, and Tusculum University regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of head coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level, the ability to manage a budget, fundraising experience, and a record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.
