Tusco is looking for an experienced Regional Outside Sales Representative to help grow our Service & Maintenance business through new customer development, strong relationships, and recurring service partnerships.
In this role, you’ll own and develop an assigned regional territory – identifying new opportunities, re-engaging former customers, building relationships with key decision-makers, and selling preventive maintenance agreements, repairs, upgrades, and other service solutions.

What you’ll do:
- Own and develop an assigned regional sales territory
- Identify, prospect, and develop net-new Service & Maintenance customers
- Re-engage former and inactive Tusco customers and develop new opportunities within existing relationships
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with facilities, operations, security, property management, and other key decision-makers
- Learn each customer’s operation, challenges, and needs to identify solutions that provide meaningful long-term value
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, facility walk-throughs, and relationship-building activities throughout the region
- Partner with Service & Maintenance, estimating, and operations teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs while supporting profitable growth
- Maintain ownership of customer relationships after the sale and identify opportunities for continued service, renewals, and additional support
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate customer, opportunity, forecasting, and follow-up information in the company CRM
- Meet and exceed established goals
- Provide customer feedback, market insight, and competitive intelligence to help Tusco continue improving and growing
- Travel regularly for site visits, customer meetings, walk-throughs, trade events, and relationship-building activities.
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years of successful field-based outside sales experience, preferably in perimeter security, fencing, gates, access control, facilities services, construction, industrial services, or another trade-based field service industry
- Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business independently
- Experience selling services, maintenance agreements, recurring-revenue programs, or similar B2B solutions
- Demonstrated sales success through quota attainment, revenue growth, new accounts won, or territory growth
- A genuine relationship-driven approach and commitment to providing an excellent customer experience
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and financially motivated while maintaining a long-term, customer-first mindset
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to independently manage a regional territory
- Experience managing sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting through a CRM
- Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and willingness to travel
