Compensation: Three-month ramp-up compensation program designed to support new team members while they build their client base, followed by an uncapped commission structure.

Based in Plano, Texas, we help businesses, nonprofits, schools, and organizations increase visibility and strengthen their brands through creative marketing solutions and exceptional customer service.
Turtle Impressions is seeking a Business Development Consultant to help grow our presence throughout the Collin County and Denton County markets. This role focuses on generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and helping organizations find effective print and promotional solutions that support their marketing, fundraising, employee engagement, and brand awareness goals.
While candidates will represent our full range of products and services, there will be a strong emphasis on commercial printing solutions, including marketing materials, direct mail, signage, event collateral, and business communications.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys networking, developing business relationships, and serving as a trusted resource for clients seeking creative ways to promote their brand.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
- Develop relationships with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations
- Consult with clients on printing, promotional products, apparel, signage, and branded merchandise solutions
- Prepare quotes and proposals tailored to client goals and budgets
- Manage client relationships from initial conversation through project completion
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Build long-term accounts that generate repeat business and referrals
- Experience in sales, business development, account management, fundraising, or client relationship management
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in printing, promotional products, marketing services, advertising, fundraising, or related industries is preferred but not required
