- Identify and build new business opportunities via networking, channel partners, and self-sourcing
- Aggressively prospect to reach key decision makers in prospective clients
- Own complete sales cycle, including post-sale and implementation
- Negotiate pricing and service scope with clients
- Complete sales paperwork and finalize client agreements
- Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecast
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Generate new business in assigned territory
- Analyze, plan, and implement products/services addressing client needs
- Stay updated on industry products, services, and broker trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Manage renewal proposals and processes for current clients
- Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
- Schedule ongoing client meetings during implementation
- Collect data to guide product, marketing, sales, and business directions
- Develop leads and use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of services for assigned clients
- Attend monthly consulting meetings; provide training and coaching for staff
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic

- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years sales experience
