Responsibilities

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, person-centered care to our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Mobility and transfers
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding when needed.
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement with residents.
• Monitoring residents for changes in physical or emotional condition and reporting concerns promptly.
• Assisting with housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining clean resident living areas.
• Responding calmly and professionally to resident needs and emergencies.
• Accurately documenting care provided.
• Promoting resident independence while maintaining safety and dignity.
• Working collaboratively with fellow caregivers, medication technicians, nurses, families, and healthcare providers.
• Following all company policies, infection control procedures, and state regulations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Schedule

• Day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts available
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions
