We are currently seeking a part-time Guest Services Representative to join the Turnstone team, with availability to work primarily on evenings and weekends. Hours may vary slightly depending on our rental schedule.

As a Guest Services Representative, your duties may include:
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
- Oversee main reception desk operations, including answering phones, monitoring arrivals and departures, and directing guests throughout the facility.
- Greet members, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide accurate information and assist guests with questions, needs, and wayfinding.
- Receive, process, and accurately record payments from clients and the public as necessary.
- Help monitor the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Enforce facility rules and address concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
Café & Concessions Support
- Operate the concession stand (weekends/evenings) and/or Star Café (weekdays), including taking orders, processing payments, and delivering quality customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards within café and concession areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with basic food service preparation as needed.
Facility Operations & Event Support
- Assist with setup and teardown for events and facility rentals.
- Support supervision of facility rentals and activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Report operational or maintenance concerns to the Lead Guest Services Representative.
Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lobbies, restrooms, floors, furniture, and other common areas.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and available.
- Complete minor repairs and perform basic building maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Assist with seasonal duties, including snow removal and grounds maintenance.

Skills & Requirements:
- Be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting, cleaning, setup, teardown)
- Be able to provide exemplary customer service skills
- Have reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience
- Experience in a recreation, healthcare, nonprofit, or community-based organization
- Experience supporting events, facility rentals, or program coordination
- Food service, café, or concession experience
- Basic maintenance or facilities support experience
