What You'll Do:
Lead Marketing Strategy & Client Campaigns
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with client goals and market trends across digital, social, SEO, PR, and email channels.
- Work closely with the Client Experience team to ensure seamless, high-impact campaigns that align with the broader marketing vision and client objectives.
- Guide creative direction for campaigns, ensuring content, messaging, and delivery are in sync with the client’s brand identity.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing performance.
Client Communication & Strategic Direction
- Serve as the primary marketing strategist and point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with their long-term goals.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients, translating their needs into actionable marketing plans and adjusting strategies as needed based on performance data and market shifts.
- Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients to foster strong relationships and ensure expectations are met.
Creative Vision & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all content — from social media to email marketing — is consistent with strategy and optimized for client goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions, encouraging innovative and strategic ideas that elevate the client’s presence and performance in the market.
- Work with internal teams (PR, video, content) to ensure all marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with the overall campaign strategy.
Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Strategy
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and initiatives, using data and insights to guide strategy adjustments and optimize for maximum impact.
