We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive meaningful conversations, book qualified strategy sessions, and help connect dream clients with our high-impact services. This is a sales role for someone who loves consultative selling and is obsessed with value-first outreach.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a proactive outbound sales role - you’ll generate conversations, open doors, and fill your own calendar (and pipeline).
This is not an account management or SDR support role. This is full-cycle outbound prospecting, booking, and closing. You’ll take prospects from cold outreach to signed client — with support from our leadership team along the way.

- Prospecting and initiating cold outreach daily via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and cold calls
- Crafting personalized DMs, voice notes, and emails that open conversations and drive curiosity
- Booking qualified strategy calls with business owners who are a strong fit for our services
- Managing and tracking outreach inside our CRM (we’ll train you on the tech)
- Following proven messaging frameworks (and bringing your own creativity too)
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales team to refine targeting and outreach strategies
- Reporting weekly on your activity, booked calls, and opportunities created
Who You Are
- You’re not afraid of hearing "no," and you treat every conversation as an opportunity to learn or win.
- You’re coachable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You have 2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (bonus points for agency sales experience).
- You’re confident on camera and in writing - video DMs, emails, and voice notes are part of your tool belt.
- You’re systems-oriented and able to work inside a CRM daily without dropping the ball.
- You’re excited by the idea of helping small business owners grow, and you believe in the power of digital marketing.
- You don't need daily check-ins to stay motivated - you're a self-starter who thrives in a flexible/remote environment.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Consistently booking 2–4 qualified strategy calls per week
- Sending 100 quality outbound touchpoints per day across DM, email, and phone
- Collaborating with the team to improve targeting, messaging, and pipeline velocity
