We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing network in the Charleston, SC region. This is a strategic, hands-on role designed for an HR leader who thrives in a multi-unit environment and is passionate about enabling both people and business growth.
What You’ll Do
As the HRBP, you will:
- Partner with General Managers, Area Operating Presidents, and Senior Leadership to align HR strategies with operational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and succession planning across multiple sites.
- Build and sustain a consistent, high-performance culture while respecting local differences.
- Provide employee relations guidance and manager coaching, ensuring fairness, compliance, and trust.
- Drive change management initiatives (ATS/HRIS rollouts, policy adoption, org redesign) across multiple units.
- Standardize HR processes while supporting unique brand needs.
- Use data and analytics (vacancy reports, turnover trends, retention metrics) to drive accountability and results.
- Travel as needed across the Charlotte region to support local teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required; Master’s or HR certification (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-unit HRBP or regional HR role.
- Experience in skilled trades, field services, or multi-site operations a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Must be able to travel regionally (20–30%).
