Bell Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is looking for dependable and hardworking Duct Cleaning Technicians to join our team in Des Moines!

What You'll Do

• Perform residential air duct cleaning and indoor air quality services
• Set up and operate duct cleaning equipment and tools
• Remove dust, debris, and buildup from ductwork and HVAC components
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential areas
• Protect customers' homes and belongings while completing work
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Follow company safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
• Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work
• Able to work in tight spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and basements
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and customer-friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous HVAC, duct cleaning, construction, cleaning, or mechanical experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license
