What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician position at Air Free Duct Cleaning?
Our service technicians fulfill 2 different roles in a crew. Technician is the set up, and the other is the lead technician. Both work hand in hand to complete a job each day. We cross train all of our technicians in both roles as soon as possible.
Having HVAC knowledge and background plus having experience using tools is a bonus, but not required. All that is required is the desire to show up to work, to learn, and to be a good team member. Anyone can learn our processes if they're willing.
**If you could be looking for a path into the trades without schooling, this is a great path to an HVAC career!
