What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Associate position at TurnoutRental?
TurnoutRental, LLC is a leader in the cleaning, repair and rental of firefighter’s turnout gear. We currently have an opening for an Order Fulfillment Associate located in our Livonia office. This position will support all aspects of our operation. This position does require the ability to stand and bend for parts of the day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Packaging & Shipping
- Data entry and general office support
- Filing and keeping track of paperwork
- Contacting and following up with customers
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and possess the following:
- At least 1 year of office experience preferred
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures frequently, and ability to assist in making changes to any process or procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word programs
- Able to work Monday - Friday; overtime when available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
