Role Overview
The Operations Generalist is a hands-on execution role responsible for keeping consumer matters moving at speed. You’ll manage tasks, filings, medical records, and offshore coordination across a high-volume caseload. This role requires strong operational instincts, comfort with complexity, and the ability to operate with urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for consumer matters from filings to completion.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and case status to prevent stalls or missed timelines
- Oversee application filings, confirmations, and progress
- Coordinate medical record requests, follow-ups, and evidence completeness
- Work closely with offshore Admin teams to assign, review, and QA work
- Enforce SLAs, flag issues early, and escalate when cases slow down
- Maintain clean documentation and compliance across all cases
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in operations, insurance claims or other high-frequency document roles
- Experience managing complex workflows with strict deadlines
- Comfort working with offshore or remote teams
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to move fast
- Bias toward action, ownership, and operational clarity
