Are you a skilled organizer with a knack for problem-solving? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the daily coordination of our approved vendors and their assigned work orders.
Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k)
Compensation:
$17 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance tasks for our team of technicians, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
- Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- Problem Diagnosis: Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow Up: Follow up on assigned work orders that are approved, estimated, or pending an estimate.
- Quality Control: Evaluate work order photos or issues that are brought to their attention by a member of the team, follow up to elevate customer satisfaction, and maintain quality.
- Identify trends: Identify key issues or inefficiencies for personnel training.
- Train/monitor: Monitor employee compliance with operational standards.
- Reinforce Standards: remind maintenance staff regarding professionalism, quality, and reliability.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management or a similar field.
- Experience with Appfolio, or another similar property management software.
- Ability to direct technicians on the most efficient way to complete a work order.
