About Turnkey Property Services
Turnkey Property Services (a West Oak Ventures LLC company) is a property services and trades contractor serving single-family homes and small multifamily properties across the greater Saint Louis, MO market. We handle maintenance, make-ready, and renovation work for our property management clients, with a team of skilled technicians who take pride in doing the job right the first time.
About the Role
We're growing our painting crew to keep pace with current workload. You'll handle interior and exterior painting across the properties we service for our clients — primarily unit turnovers and make-ready work, with some renovation and maintenance touch-up jobs mixed in. No two properties look the same, so you'll need to adapt quickly and work with confidence on your own.
We're open to strong entry-level candidates as well as experienced painters — what matters most is clean, efficient work and the judgment to know when a job's done right.
What You'll Do
- Paint interiors and exteriors for unit turnovers, renovations, and maintenance work orders across the properties we service
- Prep surfaces: patch nail holes and minor imperfections, sand, caulk, and tape
- Repair drywall and plaster — patching, taping, and finishing damaged areas as part of unit turnovers and maintenance work orders
- Match colors and handle touch-up work cleanly
- Apply paint by brush, roller, and sprayer depending on the surface — walls, trim, doors, cabinets
- Move between multiple properties in a day, managing your own schedule and pace
- Maintain and care for equipment (sprayers, ladders, drop cloths, etc.)
- Flag additional repair needs you spot on-site (drywall damage, water stains, etc.) back to the office
What We're Looking For
- Experience painting interiors and exteriors — residential experience preferred, but strong entry-level candidates with solid references or training are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working independently and moving efficiently across multiple job sites in a day
- Basic surface prep skills: patching, caulking, sanding
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools — we provide paint, sprayers When needed), and specialty equipment
- Able to lift ladders and equipment, work at heights, and stay on your feet for a full shift
Nice to have:
- Ability to hang and finish drywall a strong plus
- Experience with cabinet or trim finish work
- Comfortable with airless sprayers
- Prior experience in property turnover / make-ready work
Schedule & Pay
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
