Position Summary
This position will be responsible for managing on-sites and commissary employees in the Regional Jails. This job role could be up to 50-60% travel. Along with the company/employee relationship, client relationships are very important and therefore you will build positive relationships with our clients to understand their needs and make sure they are fulfilled as our customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop strong working relationships with jail personnel and all on-site employees; this includes hiring, training, and follow-up
- Maintain equipment in jails and perform repairs as needed
- Selling supplies to jails
- Schedules coverage when needed in the field to fill vending and commissary orders
- Handle orders as needed to keep appropriate inventories at jails
- Analyze date/trends to drive increase in average spend/inmate
- Promptly address any issues identified at the weekly numbers meeting
- Ensure timely response to customer needs to ensure partner satisfaction and revenue growth
- Site Calls (Weekly)
- Advanced customer service support and response
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical and methodical in your approach to problems
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to function well with deadlines in a results driven business is critical
- Must be self-motivated and self-starting
- Bilingual a big PLUS
