Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, offices, hotels, or commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface sanitization
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for clients and staff
- Assist with janitorial tasks including trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits
- Support housekeeping management in coordinating schedules and ensuring quality standards are met consistently
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
- Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance is preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management is a plus but not required
