Position Summary:
The Data Support Specialist reports directly to the Director of Data Systems & Insights. This position performs IT-related operational processes per assignment, schedule, and specifications. Executes reports as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Scrub and process orders from the web, mail, and external call centers into Studio Enterprise
- Create and maintain spreadsheets & reports
- Process Bi-monthly Autopay
- Handle order cancellations & duplicates
- Keep all documentation up to date
- CC5 Auto-giving
- Email Clean up
- Credit Card Segmentation
- Checking CC/EFT Output and SE Portfolio
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in understanding assigned operational processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Must be able to follow complex Boolean logic sequences and know resident data sufficiently for self-checking extracts and reports for accuracy
Education:
- Associate's degree in data processing or equivalent experience
Other:
- The expected salary for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 an hour. The actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
