Purpose is looking for Fashion Stylists to join our South Sound team. This posting supports openings at our Tacoma and Gig Harbor locations, including Purpose Boutique, Purpose Men, Sincere by Purpose, and Gig Harbor Purpose Boutique.
The Role
Our Stylists create a personalized, high-energy shopping experience. You will spend your day connecting with customers, learning what makes them feel their best, building outfits, sharing thoughtful recommendations, and helping the store reach its sales goals.
This is a great role for someone with a strong service mindset, personal style, confidence talking with new people, and a genuine interest in helping customers. Formal fashion experience is welcome but not required; we care most about your ability to connect, learn, and create a memorable experience.
What You’ll Do

Welcome and connect with customers in a warm, authentic way

Learn each customer’s needs and provide thoughtful styling recommendations

Build outfits and recommend complementary items without pressure

Drive sales through excellent service, product knowledge, and follow-through

Maintain an inviting, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Support merchandising, replenishment, inventory, and daily store operations

Work collaboratively with teammates to create an energetic, positive store culture

A naturally warm, outgoing, and relationship-driven personality

Retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, beauty, or styling experience is helpful

Availability that includes weekends and other peak retail hours
Schedule and Benefits
We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities. Full-time team members average 24 or more hours per week; part-time schedules vary by store need.
All team members are eligible for a SIMPLE IRA with up to a 3% company match, paid time off, employee discounts, and performance-based bonus opportunities. Employees averaging 24 or more hours per week are eligible for medical and dental benefits, with Purpose covering 50% of medical coverage.
