Fashion Retail Store Manager

Purpose Boutique is hiring a Store Manager to lead our Kirkland store.

This is a hands-on retail leadership role for someone who is both a strong sales leader and an exceptional people manager. You will lead from the floor—coaching Stylists, connecting with customers, and creating personalized shopping experiences—while also owning the business behind the scenes.

From revenue and payroll to hiring, scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and team development, you will have a meaningful impact on the store’s performance and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the store to achieve sales, margin, payroll, and customer-experience goals

• Model strong selling behaviors and personalized styling on the sales floor

• Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Stylists

• Develop team members through clear expectations, real-time coaching, and regular feedback

• Create schedules that support both business needs and a positive team experience

• Manage payroll, inventory flow, visual merchandising, and daily store operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and visually compelling store environment

• Identify and develop emerging leaders within the team

• Build an accountable, positive culture where people work hard, support one another, and have fun

What You’ll Bring

• Retail leadership experience with a strong record of driving sales and developing people

• A hands-on, customer-first leadership style; you are comfortable coaching from the floor, not managing from the back office

• Comfort using sales, margin, payroll, and staffing results to make sound business decisions

• Experience hiring, scheduling, training, and developing a retail or customer-facing team

• Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust with a wide range of people

• A genuine interest in style, personal connection, and helping customers feel confident

• An ownership mindset, positive energy, and a willingness to be accountable for results

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.

Bonus opportunity: Monthly performance-based bonuses tied to store sales revenue, margin performance, and payroll results. Store Managers who meet standards may earn annual bonuses beginning around $4,000; those who exceed goals may earn $15,000 or more. Bonus earnings are performance-based, not guaranteed, and have no stated cap.
