Starting Pay Range: $10.70 hourly plus tips

Our restaurant’s Food Servers are committed to providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience, distinguished by their meticulous attention to detail and expertise in their roles.

What does a Food Server do?

• Food Servers up sells food and beverages within the restaurant, desserts, appetizers, etc.
• Always reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station.
• Ensures that stations are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to assigned station.
• Completes side duties, including stocking condiments, folding napkins, polishing glasses, etc.
• Takes guest orders in a timely manner. Ensures that beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, their prices, method of preparation, and availability.

To be successful as a Food Server, you'll need:

• Previous fine dining tray or food server experience is mandatory.
• Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
• Previous money handling experience; required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
