Your Day-to-Day as a Security Supervisor With Us:

• Oversees the daily responsibilities of the assigned shift personnel and reports directly to the Security Shift Manager.
• Ensures all reports and forms are reviewed for accuracy and thoroughness and are delivered to the appropriate agencies in a timely manner.
• Reports all irregular activities immediately (safety hazards, violations, criminal activity, sleepers, panhandlers).
• Takes immediate action and precautions in situations that might be considered life-threatening or extraordinary.
• Consistently evaluates situations and effectively interacts with all levels of management and regulatory agencies to assist and resolve all matters which could have an impact on daily operations.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of department policies and procedures and ensures compliance. Also demonstrates working knowledge of Nation-State Compact and Internal Audit Controls.
• Ensures that procedures for lock and key, highly secured areas, and access codes are adhered to.
• Ensures that Shift Managers daily operational policies and procedures are adhered to and consistently informs the Shift Manager of any problems or changes.

To Be Successful As A Security Supervisor, You'll Need:

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related field.
• Knowledge of casino policy and procedure.
