F&B Cashier - YBR Casino & Sports Book

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly

Part Time - Day/Swing shift available

A F&B Cashier plays an important role in creating a great experience for our guests in Food & Beverage at YBR Casino & Sports Book. In this role, you’ll deliver friendly and attentive service, keep the outlet clean and organized, operate the cash register, and serve food and beverages with a smile. You’ll also be knowledgeable about our menu and any current promotions, so you can help guests make the best choices.

What does a F&B Cashier do?

• Greets and initiates conversations with customers as they enter their respective venue.
• Demonstrates exceptional guest service skills when selling F&B and Retail items to either guests or employees and informs guests of casino operations and outlet locations.
• Continually operates cash register or cash bank and accepts payment for F&B and Retail product(s) ensuring accuracy when making change
• Always ensures that assigned area is kept orderly, continually cleaned, and sanitized.

To be successful as a F&B Cashier, you'll need:

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, a plus.
• To be fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• To possess the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system, count money and make correct change.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
