What you will do as a Casino Credit Representative:

• Drives the necessary processes and steps needed for the implementation of both departmental and company projects and initiatives, including high level projects and implementations.
• Drives process improvement solutions for the Casino Cashier Operations Department, inclusive of the drop and count department and casino credit.
• Develops and delivers innovative solutions by coordinating and implementing various reporting, system analyses, and productivity projects with the Information Technology/Innovations Department, Finance, and other operational departments.
• Conducts diagnostic analytics of current and future processes.
• Preparation/participation with departmental annual budgets.
• Ability to work independently, taking various projects and initiatives from starting ground to implementation. Ensures completion of various projects within time constraints imposed by management. Constant and timely communication with management is required throughout the length of the project(s).
• Ability to define and oversee all necessary UAT testing, revisions to Internal Controls, operating procedures, regulatory provisions and any other related matters in connection with assigned processes and projects.
• Defines improvement areas, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions.
• Develops a strong queue of improvement opportunities. Determines financial benefit of process improvements.
• Assists in the development and implementation of a successful and flexible strategy that increases efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Casino Cashier Operations Department.
• Effectively interacts with management and front-line staff to solicit ideas and turn business problems into viable projects and successful value-added solutions.
• Works closely with all departments within the organization whose input is needed for the success of the project(s).
• Evaluates and analyzes the financial cost and benefits of process improvements.
• Evaluates and manages the impact of process changes to functions, systems and other related processes both upstream and downstream.
• Effectively leads process improvement projects and oversees improvement efforts.
• Collaborates with O.N.E. IT/OIG/Innovations and any other applicable department in order to promote development of the proposed solutions.
• Drives performance improvement through quality end-to-end design and management. This function includes the coordination and implementation of various projects that will have an impact on department/company productivity and cost of operations.
• Facilitates communication of information on project status, changes, and issues to team members and other related departments.
• Trains staff on process improvements and writes policies, procedures and training documents that align with the functionality.
• Works with staff in a one-on-one capacity to reinforce skills and improve individual processes.
• Develops and maintains policies and procedures as they relate to the Casino Cashier Operations Department, inclusive of the drop and count and casino credit aspects of the department.
• Ensures all General Operating Procedures and Internal Accounting and Control Procedures are current and compliant.
• Ensures that quality measurements and tools are implemented within projects. Ensures that Oneida Nation policies and procedures are adhered to and followed.
• Must possess the flexibility to interact with and travel to all 4 casino cashier centers and casino locations, as needed.

To be successful as a Casino Cashier Operations Analyst, you'll need:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business related field preferred). Work history experience may be considered in addition to or in replacement of a degree.
• Casino Cashier Management/Supervisory experience preferred. Strong understanding of Casino Cashier Operations processes is required.
• Very Strong Leadership Skills. Proven effectiveness at working directly with senior organizational leadership as well as all other positions within the Casino Cashier Operations Department.
• Very strong time management skills is required.
• Must be very detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities that allows for pivoting between simultaneous projects and assignments with proficiency.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible scheduling, when necessary.
• Ability and willingness to travel between casino locations, when necessary.
• Experience leading large projects, leading and conducting meetings, contract review, developing work plans, agendas, coordinating resources to meet deadlines for deliverables, and tracking staff contributions.
• Must possess very strong computer and analytical skills: proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and software applications including Insight Cash (CashTrac), LMS, CMP, SDS, Cage Module, Light N Wonder platforms, Infogenesis, Everi products, Glory Recycler software/hardware, NRT, and KeyWatcher software/hardware
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills required with the ability to forecast and perform issue spotting.
• Prior involvement on system implementations and upgrades preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 11 - 20 pounds.
