Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly
The Crescent is the newest luxury hotel joining the award-winning Turning Stone Enterprises resort in Verona, NY, opening in July 2026 as part of its transformative Evolution. This sophisticated property will feature more than 250 guest rooms and suites, upscale dining at Salt, and direct access to the state-of-the-art Grand Expo Convention Center.
As a Bell Person at the Crescent Hotel, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere by assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. If you have a friendly demeanor and a passion for great service, we’d love to have you on our team!
What you will do as a Bell Person:
- Receive guests courteously, extend a warm welcome to the Hotel, and graciously accompany them to their designated accommodations.
- Demonstrate careful and conscientious handling of guest luggage, prioritizing the prevention of any potential damage to both the luggage and its contents.
- Efficiently respond to incoming telephone calls at the bell desk with promptness and professionalism.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Bell Person, you'll need:
- Experience in a guest contact position.
- Ability to lift and handle heavy luggage up to 100 pounds to place onto a bell cart.
- Experience in a guest service role.
