What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Controller position at Turning Point Strategic Advisors?
Our client is seeking a Senior Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting function for a growing business with increasing operational and financial complexity. This role partners closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to deliver accurate financial reporting, strong cash flow management, and clear insight that supports confident business decisions.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy. You’ll move easily between detailed accounting work and higher-level planning, working closely with leaders across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting and analysis
- Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, AR/AP, and cash management
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage cash flow, working capital, credit, and collections
- Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to translate financial results into actionable insight
- Lead and develop the finance team
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level accounting or finance leadership experience
- Someone out of office furniture industry
- Strong background in financial reporting, controls, and cash management
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
