Are you a friendly, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our healthcare clinic is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued patients!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients upon arrival
- Take payment for services rendered and provide receipts
- Process sales, ensuring accurate transactions for treatments and services
- Input charges for patient insurance
- Schedule follow-up appointments and ensure timely patient check-out
- Manage daily computer systems for scheduling, records, and internal communication
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Accurately input data into patient systems and clinic databases
- Make outgoing calls and answer phones regarding appointments, billing inquiries, and other concerns

Schedule
- 3.5-day workweek
- 12-hour shifts during the week with two-hour lunches
- 7-hour weekend shifts
Pay Structure:
We offer a Tiered Pay System, allowing you to increase your earnings as you master various responsibilities within the role:
- Starting pay at $17/hour
- Once all responsibilities and tasks are learned and mastered, earn up to $24/hour with yearly raises.

Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to lift/move patients on and off therapy beds with care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
