Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Measure materials, cut/saw boards, mark cutting lines, anchor and brace forms, and assist with layout tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with forming, placing, leveling, and finishing concrete; support asphalt placement and finishing as needed.
- Erect forms, framework, scaffolding, and install structures, fixtures, and other components required for project completion.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Follow all established safety regulations and immediately report any violations or hazards to management.
Experience & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with concrete carpentry, forming, and finishing is strongly preferred.
- A dependable, “get‑it‑done” attitude with a willingness to learn all aspects of the construction process.
- Ability to take direction well and coordinate effectively with the Field Manager and crew.
- Punctuality and the ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
