Pay & Benefits
- $120/day during training (4–7 days)
- $180/day after training

Duties
- Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards.
- Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques or material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary.
- Plan efficient routes for timely deliveries, utilizing mobile devices and route-driving software to optimize travel paths.
- Deliver packages directly to customers’ locations, providing excellent customer service by maintaining a professional attitude and clear communication.
- Handle heavy lifting with proper safety practices, ensuring safe weight handling in the workplace during loading, unloading, and moving operations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and digital records of each shipment using mobile devices or handheld scanners.
- Assist with warehouse operations when needed, including inventory management and moving goods within the facility using appropriate equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route driving and customer service principles.
- Warehouse experience is highly desirable, including manual handling, moving goods, and operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required depending on vehicle type.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles safely; familiarity with box trucks or courier vehicles is a plus.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe lifting practices to handle heavy loads responsibly.
- Comfortable working with mobile devices for route navigation and delivery documentation.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently while adhering to safety standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in load & unload procedures and delivery documentation.
