Position Overview
Responsible installing windows, doors, decks and other carpentry projects. This role ensures that projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with residential carpentry and takes pride in high‐quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Install windows and exterior/interior doors with precision
- Build, repair, and maintain decks and outdoor structures
- Perform general carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, and repairs
- Read and interpret plans, measurements, and job specifications
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in residential or commercial exterior carpentry. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
- Proven carpentry experience (windows, doors, decks preferred)
- Ability to use standard carpentry tools and equipment
- Must be able to lift and carry 60 lbs.
- Must be comfortable with heights upwards of 2 stories.
