Turner Industries Group, LLC has an opening for an Inventory Specialist to join our Team in the Decatur, AL area. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment, and products.
Qualification Standards
Stores, removes, loads and unloads all types of materials from storage bins, pallets and vehicles that cannot be handles by material handling devices; operates manual or mechanical devices and stocks inventory shelves; reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved , gathered or distributed; assorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, or color; moves materials and supplies from the warehouse and prepares for delivery; fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or stock items; records material items received or distributed; may maintain inventory records; performs routine housekeeping tasks to maintain work area; performs additional assignments as required.
Compensation
Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
