Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at multiple locations all over the country at Turner Construction Company, with multiple positions available across various construction platforms. Team members will be responsible for supporting and executing construction projects, including tasks such as managing budgets, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance with design plans and safety standards. Collaboration with team members across construction disciplines and the use of innovative technologies and tools will be a critical component of daily operations. These positions are integral to achieving project excellence and delivering quality outcomes for all clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Budgeting and Construction, with a focus on managing project costs and executing construction plans.
- Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Inspection to ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and quality requirements.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for project documentation, reporting, and team communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle project deadlines and multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate successfully with diverse stakeholders across different teams and departments.
- Knowledge of safety standards and guidelines in the construction industry.
- Previous construction experience and familiarity with Lean management principles are a plus.
