Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that support resident, property management, and internal operational experiences
- Develop reusable components and shared application libraries to promote consistency and scalability
- Integrate front-end applications with enterprise APIs and backend services
- Support enhancements to experiences, including Support Center, Account Hub, tracking capabilities, notification preferences, and chatbot functionality
- Develop solutions supporting resident onboarding, account management, resident status visibility, and household management capabilities
- Participate in discovery sessions, solution design workshops, sprint planning, and backlog refinement activities
- Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions
- Support functional testing, defect remediation, user acceptance testing, and production validation activities
- Participate in production deployments, hypercare support, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues across multiple environments
- 3 years of professional web application development experience
- Strong proficiency with React
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6 ) and modern front-end development practices
- Experience building responsive web applications using HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
- Experience with Git and source control best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with Express.js
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
- Experience with Drizzle ORM
- Experience building customer-facing portals or self-service applications
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms, APIs, and microservices architectures
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Experience working in telecommunications, multifamily, SaaS, or large enterprise environments
