Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and REST/SOAP interfaces
- Develop and support payroll and downstream interfaces, including PECI, PICOF, and other payroll‑related extracts
- Build and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields to support business and integration needs
- Support Workday Prism Analytics datasets and reporting where required for cross‑system or historical analytics
- Develop and maintain Workday Extend applications when native Workday functionality does not meet business requirements
- Configure and support Workday business processes and security related to integrations and reporting
- Partner with the Senior Workday Architect to implement approved technical designs and ensure solutions align with platform standards
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and release‑related regression support
- 7 years of hands‑on Workday experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience with Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP, and XSLT
- Proven experience supporting payroll interfaces (e.g., PECI, PICOF, payroll output files)
- Advanced experience developing custom Workday reports and calculated fields
- Experience supporting production Workday tenants and recurring Workday releases
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
- Experience developing Workday Extend applications and orchestrations
- Workday Integration or Extend certification
- Familiarity with global HR, payroll, or finance system integrations
