Salesforce Solution Architect

Duration: 4 Months

Location: MN-Hopkins, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite

Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services the company offers to clients. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will join the Salesforce practice. With the status as one of the fastest-growing Salesforce Consulting Partners, the company is a recognized authority in delivering holistic solutions for businesses aiming to maximize Salesforce operations. The Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, and custom solutions
• Lead solution design for complex implementations and integrations
• Design scalable data models, security frameworks, and automation strategies
• Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and QA teams
• Review and approve technical design documents and code
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and performance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, and enterprise architects
• Oversee environment strategy, DevOps processes, and release management
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of Salesforce experience, including 3 years in architecture roles
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security architecture
• Experience with large-scale implementations (multi-org, multi-cloud environments)
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  
  

The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $245,000 or the hourly equivalent.
