Program Manager

Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Program Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and visibility across Engineering Practices, Architecture, Quality and DevSec, and Incubation efforts, which are currently distributed across teams and initiatives
• Ensure consistent definition and adoption of standards (e.g., engineering guardrails, CI/CD practices, and security controls)
• Track architecture and security programs embedded across portfolios
• Align incubation efforts into scalable enterprise capabilities
• Deliver unified reporting on OKRs, risks, and performance
• Improve execution, reduce gaps and duplication, strengthen security and quality outcomes, and enable leadership to effectively manage the increase complexity of enterprise-wide architecture and engineering transformation efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of program management experience
  
  

The salary range for this role is $105,000 to $150,000 or the hourly equivalent.
