Responsibilities
- Set well defined OKRs and develop product strategy aligned to desired outcomes
- Prioritize user value in problem solving, develop plans to address unknowns, and drive impact through collaboration and ongoing iteration
- Use OKRs to inform sprints, prioritize backlogs proactively, and base roadmaps on sequences of problems
- Apply agile practices, discovery, assumption validation, and analytics in all sprints, leveraging the right tools to deliver and track value
- Leverage user insights, business strategy, market trends, and performance data to guide product decisions
- Inspire teams and drive action through clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and engagement in decision making
- Incorporate understanding of scalability implications, company tech architecture and tools, broader tech trends, and tech debt reduction needs in product work
- Generate buy-in from stakeholders and manage product lifecycles
- 5 years of experience in product management
- 3 years relevant experience in strategy creation, customer focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- Attention to detail
- Driven results
- Good communications skills
- Experience managing the life cycle of product features
- Familiarity with ecommerce technology platforms
- Experience with making data driven product decisions on a daily basis
- Management and creation of roadmaps
