Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for end users across multiple client environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online environments
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, mailboxes, distribution groups, and Microsoft 365 tenant settings
- Perform Active Directory administration, including user provisioning, password resets, account maintenance, and security group management
- Assist with basic Windows server administration and troubleshoot server-related issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, Windows operating system, and endpoint connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and escalate complex infrastructure issues as needed
- Assist with firewall troubleshooting and basic configuration changes under guidance
- Accurately document incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions within the ticketing system
- Manage multiple support requests while meeting service level expectations and maintaining a high standard of customer service
- 1 year of experience administering Microsoft 365
- 6 months of experience supporting Exchange Online, including:
- User account creation and management
- Mailbox administration
- Distribution group management
- Microsoft 365 tenant administration
- Experience supporting Active Directory user administration
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced support environment
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Topeka, Kansas
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Exposure to Windows Server administration, networking, or firewall technologies
- Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
