CRM Microsoft Dynamics Engineer

As a CRM Microsoft Dynamics Engineer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on production support and application development for enterprise CRM solutions built on Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform
• Investigate and resolve incidents, correct data and configuration issues, develop durable fixes, and improve the stability, security, and usability of business-critical CRM capabilities supporting Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Delinquency, and Membership and Enrollment functions
  
  

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience developing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, or comparable model-driven applications
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, security, business logic, solution management, and environment configuration
• Experience with C#, .NET, Dynamics 365 plug-ins, JavaScript or TypeScript, Web API, FetchXML, Power Automate, and integration troubleshooting
• Experience diagnosing production issues using logs, traces, audit history, monitoring tools, and structured root-cause analysis
• Understanding of source control, testing, release management, and application lifecycle management for Power Platform solutions
• Ability to translate operational problems into reliable technical solutions and communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  
  

The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $135,000 or the hourly equivalent.
