This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Reading, PA. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, working with multiple stakeholders, overseeing inspections, and ensuring materials and resources are expedited effectively. The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering clear communication between teams.
- Strong skills in Project Management with experience in planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects
- Proficiency in Expediting, Expeditor processes, and efficiently managing procurement and material delivery
- Experience in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with construction standards and safety regulations
- Proven ability in coordinating Logistics Management to optimize project operations and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sustainable and green construction practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a bonus
