- 3–5 years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience is ideal, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Recruitment experience within skilled trades, field operations, or technical industries is highly desirable.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR platforms; recent transition to a new ATS platform.
- Demonstrated ability in developing talent pipelines and implementing strategic sourcing techniques.
- Proven track record managing large-scale hiring initiatives (50 hires over a 6–8 month period).
- Exposure to broader HR functions, including compliance, claims support, vendor communication, and employee development initiatives.
