Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior firm leadership
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Manage high-volume executive communications and correspondence
- Handle complex domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and executive materials
- Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Coordinate meeting logistics, conference calls, and event planning
- Submit expense reports and support billing/time-entry processes
- Partner closely with additional administrative staff to ensure seamless executive support
Qualifications
- 10 years of Executive Assistant or executive administrative experience required
- Prior law firm experience required
- Experience supporting senior executives, partners, or C-suite leadership
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience with Concur, Intapp Time or similar billing/time-entry systems, iManage, and document revision tools
- Experience supporting billing and time-entry processes

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
