Collections Specialist

What you'll do:

• Make outbound collections calls to employers on outstanding retirement plan contributions
• Audit employer contribution data against plan requirements to catch shortfalls
• Resolve delinquent/underfunded accounts via phone and written correspondence
• Manage a portfolio of employer accounts through the collections/audit cycle
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

What we're looking for:

• 3 years collections/AR auditing experience, high call volume preferred
• Bachelor's preferred, not required with relevant experience
• Strong phone communication skills
• No specific software required — full training provided
• Payroll auditing or pension/benefits industry experience a plus
