Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive conflicts of interest searches for new hires, new clients, and new matters for existing clients
- Review and analyze conflicts documentation for accuracy and completeness; follow up as needed
- Communicate directly with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, regarding conflicts status and clearance timelines
- Assist with onboarding processes related to client and matter intake
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve conflicts issues and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Manage multiple active matters at once, often across a wide variety of industries and client types
- Maintain detailed records and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Liberal Arts or research-focused disciplines strongly preferred
- Strong interest in research and analytical work; familiarity with research databases is a plus
- Previous customer service experience required (retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced environments welcome
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with senior stakeholder
- Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
