We are seeking a driven and strategic Manufacturing Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across two facilities located in the Geneva, NY region. This individual contributor role is open due to company growth and combines 50% new business development with 50% account management within a high-mix CNC machining environment.
The ideal candidate has prior experience selling CNC machining, precision manufacturing, or engineered services. This is a highly autonomous, field-focused position responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and driving revenue and margin performance across both locations.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Growth & Business Development (50%)
· Build and expand a customer base
· Identify, pursue, and win new CNC machining and precision manufacturing opportunities.
· Develop a strong pipeline across industrial, medical, aerospace/defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
· Represent the facilities in the regional market, creating visibility and driving inbound interest.
Account Management & Customer Success (50%)
· Manage existing accounts across two sites, increasing wallet share and strengthening long-term relationships.
· Ensure customer needs are met by coordinating closely with operations, customer service, program management, and quoting teams.
· Monitor customer performance metrics, quote activity, pricing, and satisfaction levels.
Site-Level Commercial Leadership
· Support each site in achieving capacity utilization goals and aligning pipeline with production capabilities.
· Influence pricing strategy, margin enhancement, and account mix to support overall financial contribution targets.
· Provide consistent reporting on pipeline health, win/loss trends, customer risks, and territory performance.
Cross-Site Collaboration
· Leverage capabilities at both locations to cross-sell and expand service offerings.
· Serve as the commercial liaison across internal functions including quoting, operations, RevOps, and marketing.
