Job Summary:
Responsible for managing general ledger activities, accounts receivable, fixed assets, treasury transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Post daily treasury transactions to the general ledger
- Perform daily accounts receivable reconciliation and process RMAs, debit, and credit notes
- Code general ledger accounts for accounts payable invoicing
- Track capital expenditures (CapEx), including project setup and budget monitoring
- Maintain fixed asset records, including additions and disposals
- Set up and maintain customer and supplier records
- Prepare property tax filings
- Update monthly surcharge and transfer pricing schedules
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Assist with annual budgeting processes
- Meet monthly close deadlines
- Support external audit activities
- Provide cross-functional support for invoicing, payroll, and other accounting functions
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a staff accounting role
