Collections Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time Collections Receptionist to support our busy Collections practice. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with debtors while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Communication
- Answer incoming calls from debtors
- Assist callers professionally and direct inquiries as needed
- Receive payments in person and over the phone
Administrative Support
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Prepare documents and correspondence related to collection cases
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
