Your focus will be on demand generation, guiding and supporting our portfolio company leaders and teams in developing and executing programs that generate leads, pipeline, and, ultimately, revenue. Working with 2-3 companies at a time, you will need to quickly interpret context and data, implement scalable systems, and influence company leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Turn/River’s portfolio companies’ leaders to:
- Analyze revenue sources and optimize funnels to increase volume, conversion rates, and deal size.
- Drive top-of-funnel growth across digital, website, content, events, ABM, and partner channels.
- Improve early-funnel performance by optimizing key conversion paths.
- Identify target segments and craft messaging that resonates.
- Support product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Define, track, and report marketing KPIs that tie to business outcomes.
- Deliver regular insights to investment and executive teams on marketing impact.
- Test, document, and share successful playbooks across portfolio companies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align go-to-market efforts.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B software marketing, with a focus on demand generation.
- Proven success in fast-paced, analytical environments.
- Skilled with modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA, 6sense).
- Strong communicator who can influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Data-driven problem-solver who can independently analyze and act on insights.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and technical products.
- Hands-on, results-oriented operator with a collaborative mindset.

- The annual base salary range for this role is $220,000 - 230,000 taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements.
